Who the Company Is Looking For

- Production Supervisor – Oversee production operations, manage staff, ensure compliance with hygiene and quality standards.
- Maintenance Supervisor – Lead maintenance teams, ensure machinery uptime, troubleshoot technical issues.
- Quality Control / Food Safety Officer – Conduct laboratory tests, monitor production batches, ensure product quality.
- Machine Operators & Technicians – Operate processing, filling, pasteurizing, and packaging machines efficiently.
- Boiler Operator – Manage steam generating equipment, maintain safety standards, and ensure operational efficiency.
- Finance / Admin Officer – Manage financial records, procurement, payroll, and administrative processes.
- Procurement & Storekeeper – Oversee inventory, manage suppliers, maintain stores operations.
- IT Officer (ERP/SAP) – Provide IT support, manage SAP B1 ERP, maintain networks, and train users.
- Warehouse Officer – Supervise warehouse operations, manage stock control, and ensure compliance with safety procedures.
Key Qualifications and Experience

- Relevant diplomas, HNDs, or bachelor’s degrees in engineering, IT, finance, or food technology.
- Minimum 2–5 years’ experience in a related function, preferably in food or beverage manufacturing.
- Strong understanding of safety procedures, quality standards, and operational efficiency.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP B1 preferred) for IT, warehouse, and procurement positions.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
